Headed by Jacques Mégroz, Founder and Chief Executive Officer and Denis Hauswirth, Operations Director, Images3 is organised into teams dedicated to specific clients. We believe in ongoing training.
We have two strategic objectives in mind.

  1.  Keeping in step with our profession which is highly demanding in new technology
  2. Continuing to evolve into a company with high value-added services, tailored towards fulfilling our clients brand image goals and striving above and beyond performing basic production tasks.

Four work approaches for ongoing training are identified and performed daily

  • Obtaining new skills in technology, software, languages, new media and certification procedures.
  • Standardised management processes to facilitate staff training, document distribution, remote working and work in a team.
  • Managing client-dedicated teams: strengthening the ties between the goal of client satisfaction, staff training, skill-sharing, encouraging multidisciplinary skills and autonomy.
  • Apprenticeship training: since 1993, around 20 apprentices were trained by Images3
